Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Hc studios. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you directly via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Note: Delivery times below are estimates and begin after the 24-48 hour processing window.

 Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days — Free

 Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days — $25.99

Note: Carrier delivery delays can occasionally occur due to seasonal volumes or inclement weather.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours of shipment.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Hc studios is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

Hc studios is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
